Defective

I bought this understanding that it was a reminder app, which was fine with me. This is well explained, thus users that complain failed to read the description. However even as a reminder app it is defective, and support fails to recognize this. I didnt realize until now that there is an update from my version 1.0, nor do I see how to update. This will be the first app I g have paid for and thrown away.
